A colleague recently passed along a handy reference chart which summarizes – and generalizes – the generational groups we hear about all the time – the Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y. It won’t fit everyone perfectly but it’s good reference point. (It’s not readable below, but if you click on it, it’s very clear.)
